How much can I actually spend right now?
Banking apps tell you what's in your account. That isn't the same as what you can spend: rent is still coming, so is your phone bill, and half the month is already gone.
Brokeometer does the subtraction for you and shows what's left until your next pay, and what that means per day.
The maths, on an ordinary month
Income this pay cycle2 600,00 €
Bills still to come rent, phone, Netflix− 1 045,00 €
Already spent− 928,95 €
Left to spend626,05 €
With 15 days to go41,74 € a day
That last line is the one the app opens on.
What it does
- Your pay cycle, not the calendar month. Paid on the 25th? Your month starts on the 25th.
- Bills come out before they happen. Rent, subscriptions and installment plans are set aside as soon as the cycle starts.
- Fast to log. Type the amount, tap a recent shop, done. It remembers which category you use where.
- Apple Pay, if you want it. With one Shortcuts automation, in-store Apple Pay payments get added for you to check.
- No bank login. You enter your own numbers. Nothing is connected to your bank.
